I was asked by a friend to make a cake "In the Night Garden" - I had no idea what this was, so I bought a book then soon found out what it was. I copied the characters from the book which are all made from fondant and the cake is a Marble Cake. At the time of making this cake I had not long completed a TAFE course and did not want to stop. I work full-time but just love Cake Decorating, its just wonderful thereapy.
