The castle is a 5 layer milk chocolate cake with milk chocolate frosting, rice krispy treats for castle pillars, 2 layer white cake with vanilla frosting for playing field, all covered in homemade marshmallow fondant. Each Angry Bird is a rice krispy treat ball covered in marshmallow fondant. Each log, and play piece, including eggs, nest, and rocks are made solely of marshmallow fondant.
