I had trouble with the bow drying. Went to the forums and found out I should have used Tylose powder. It was too late for that, the cake was to be picked up the next day. I live in Florida and learned that the humidity can be a huge factor in fondant not drying. So, I put the bow in a back bedroom with a room air conditioner blowing directly on it. Also, set up a dehumidifier and voila it was hardened within a few hours. In between the hearts are little silver engagement rings.
