Oh my gosh, those people actually HAVE to eat this?? Poor co-workers, I really feel for them. LOL This cake is gorgeous and sounds SO yumcious (is that a word?) :)
Thanks for the instruction and also the comment about the bad lighting. I really needed a laugh this morning. Can I buy the diamond embosser set online anywhere? I love the look fo the pearls.
Thank you. The puffy look comes from a heavy layer of buttercream. The pearls are made with one of the embossers that came with the diamond embosser set. And the soft look is achieved by bad lighting :-)
I absolutely love this cake. I want to try doing the diamond pattern. How were you able to give it the puffy look? What are the peals made of? Lovely, lovely work? How did you get the soft cream look of the fondant? It isn't white, white.
