Surgeon shirt

A cake for a surgeon. This is a lemon cake with buttercream filling than covered with fondant. All decorations are fondant. I used silver luster dust for the scalpel and the stethoscope. The identification card was hand painted. I am really happy with the result of the mask, I think it looks like a real surgeon mask!
