This tree stump was my present for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. I used two 8 inch cakes, red velvet with chocolate chips and lemon yoghurt cake, stacked and shaped them. I used the crumbs and cream cheese frosting to make the roots and covered it with chocolate icing. The top of the stump and the decorations are made of marzipan. I am especially happy with the blackberries and, of course, with the pumpkin bride and groom. Thanks for the inspirations I found here on CC and thanks for looking.
