High heel shoe with shoe box

My first high heel shoe!!! Not perfect, I used gumpaste and it cracked a little under... Next time I will use fondant. I made the label box with the birthday date and the name of the person as a factory number and style and put a bar code. This is a vanilla cake with buttercream and raspberry jam filling, all covered with fondant. All decorations are fondant.
