I made this cake for a friend's Wedding rehearsal dinner as the grooms cake. He is a huge Green Bay Packers fan. The helmet and cheese hat are made out of red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. The football and foam finger are made out of rice crispy treats. The board is wood decorated with air-brushed fondant and fondant lines.
