Thank you guys! Yes its a regular cupcake size and all the decorations are fondant. I took quite some time to make all the tiny feathers!

Wow, you did a great job. I hope that you were recognized.. Was that a jumbo cupcake? No one could afford to order one of those from me..I would charge them 12.00 a piece if not more. That is a ton of work..
