This a 3 teir alternating chocolate and vanilla birthday cake. Covered in ganache and Bakels fondant and then painted with gel food colouring mixed with vodka. The decorations are all gumpaste except for the torso and head of the princess which was supplied by the mum. The dress is also cake.
