This was one BIG cake. The barn is a 8"x10" square cake on top of a 12"x3" round cake. It had to weigh at least 20lbs. The roof was made out of black licorice. The animal figures are made out of gumpaste. Both cakes were iced w/buttercream. The cupcakes were decorated to look like animals also.
