I made this cake for my friend's daughter's birthday. So far it is the largest cake I've made. Doing fondant on the bigger tiers was really difficult and they didn't turn out great, but I was really happy with the overall look of the cake. The "scenery" is fondant and all of the "cutouts" are royal icing.
