This cake was for a sister and a brother teenagers. The girl is a cheerleader and the boy a football player for their school team, The Mariste. I made a replica of the big M logo of their school. I used blue luster dust to shine the M and the bow. The chocolate cake filled with ganache than covered with fondant was placed on a mirror. All details are fondant.
