Vanilla cake filled with White Chocolate Ganache and topped with chocolate butter cream. With an elegant rose and leaf added for detail. Just did these quickly Sunday night for a Co workers birthday Monday. Coworkers were so amazed they were not from a bakery. Now its out of the bag at work I do cakes...not sure how I feel about that. Heard too many horror stories about doing cakes for co workers...I hope all this attention dies down quickly...getting a ton of questions and inquiries...Yikes, didn't think some simple cuppies would do that!
