My first attempt at a chocolate wrap and WOW was it easy! I can seriously tear up a steel ball with a glass hammer and THIS WORKED! Underneath is a white chocolate cake filled with strawberries and white chocolate ganache. Speaking of ganache - another wonder of the free world. Holy crow it's easy to smooth! Anyway, I was shocked beyond words that this actually worked!

It makes me giggle to give instructions on anything I do. I am typically the "what not to do." Instead of spending a lot of money on acetate sheets, I taped two plastic page dividers together on the long ends to give me enough length to go around the cake (I measured around the cake pan) Then I cut a piece of freezer paper to the same size and double-side taped it onto the page dividers, shiny side up. I drizzled melted chocolate Wilton candy melts from a piping bag in squiggles all over and let it sit

until it was firm enough to hold its shape when I held it vertically (I think it was about ten minutes) Then, I just wrapped it around the cake and popped it into the fridge for about three minutes (because I couldn't stand to wait any longer) The paper just peeled right off and there it was. It was dang-near a miracle! Seriously way easier than any other thing I have tried since I started this stuff.
