This is the first wedding cake I've made and the third fondant cake ever. 3 layer 3 flavor wedding cake, red velvet, chocolate and white cake with cream cheese crusting buttercream (recipe from this site) and MMF. The initials and topper are made from gum paste topped with edible glitter and the "dots" are made from royal icing. I had to freehand the MMF decorations so they are not as crisp as I would have liked. It was my wedding gift to the bride and groom and they liked it so I guess that's all that matters. TYFL
