This was requested by a dear friend for her mother's 60th birthday surprise party. It is white velvet with coconut cream filling. Icing is SMBC. The lighthouse is RKT covered in fondant with a little tea light candle holder as the light room. The water is piping gel colored blue. The rocks are made from gray, black, white, and brown fondant.
