This 3rd birthday cake was for my niece. It was modeled after her favorite toy-HooHoo. The monkey was pound cake made with the Wilton Teddy Bear cake pan and then chopped and rearranged to get a monkey. It is all buttercream and was smoothed with Viva paper towels. The cake is Choc with swiss merq. Butterflies are molded fondant. Unfortunately, I didn't get a pic before some little fingers got to it... :) Thanks for all the inspiration and tech help on CakeCentral!
