This cake is for my friend's daughter. She just told me she like wine,green and white colour and for the flavours strawberries and meringue. So I made vanilla sponge with cream cheese filling and put some meringue and fresh strawberries inside. I made one tiny cake for myself as well, cause its bit different and I wanted to try it...I think thats my favourite filling now! :) Its soft and juicy and has a little crunch from meringue:)
