This is part of the topper, 1st pic is drying on styrofoam. Gumpaste shoe, based on Christian Louboutin design w/bday girl's initials on the sole. The "M" is just a plastic letter that I painted w/piping gel and sprinkled pink sugar crystals on it. Cake is white fondant with a ribbon and quilted design. There are sugar diamonds (although they are hard to see) on the sides, as well as fondant balls covered with luster dust
