Birthday cake for a friend from work. Both layers are chocolate (Darn Good Chocolate Cake), torted, filled with Oreo Cookies & Cream filling, covered with chocolate ganache and then fondant. All flowers and leaves are gum paste, orange ribbon around tiers is fondant. Thin satin ribbon is real. She was very surprised and loved her cake. It tasted great and received great reviews.
