Steak and Potatoes, Baby!

I made this for my son -in.law' birthday. He's more a steak and potatoes kind of guy than a cake lover, so I thought he'd like it.. The potato is lemon cake and the steak is - what else - red velvet. Of course, since we're in Mexico, everything we eat is accompanied by chile peppers and lime juice!
