For my daughter's birthday - based on the cake on the cover of the Wilton 2012 yearbook. 6" tier on top, 10" tier on bottom, iced in buttercream. She wanted real candy, so those are M&M's for the borders, real peppermints, and lollipops (which were the hardest to find!) The ribbon candy was fondant. Lots of fun to make!
