This is the cake I made for my daughters first birthday in 2010 it was a WASC cake with Almond buttercream and covered in MMF It was my first Topsy turvy cake and my first fondant cake. Sorry it is so far off I forgot to get a better picture of it before the party. The small cake to the side is her smash cake it was an apple spice cake with banana cream drizzle frosting.
