First time ever working with modeling chocolate do create the Hello Kitty on top. Not sure I liked using it. The cakes inside are torted with alternating layers of dark chocolate chip cake and wasc. Fillings were a mix of chocolate buttercream, vanilla buttercream and buttercream with a layer of fresh strawberries. Yummy mix of flavors. Frosted with buttercream and decorated with fondant and gumpaste accents. The small 6" smash cake was a "hit" and the one year old ate it and wore it perfectly!!!
