Something different :-) Two tiers of NY cheesecake, each tier covered in creamy whipped white chocolate ganache, white chocolate curls on top and collars around the sides. Black satin ribbons with finer neon/fluoro ribbon over that which I matched with the board covering - fitting in with the 80s party theme. Finally, edible image Space Invader dudes circle the tops of each tier. Thanks for looking!
