Made this for my sister-in-law's 40th birthday party. Fondarific fondant (hot pink was super sticky and terrible to work with). Diamonds were purchased at Joann's and not edible. Covered entire cake in pink disco dust so it was really shiny. I had never made a shoe before but it turned out to be pretty easy to make. I used a template off of this site. Got the cake idea from a few examples on here. Thanks everyone!
