I really enjoyed making this cake! -And in the process I learned, yet, another valuable lesson. It takes a lot of Wilton food coloring paste to make red! And it tastes horrible unless you use the "No taste" red! Better yet, go to your local cake supply store and buy the red icing already mixed up!
