Apple Bushel

Made this for a dinner party I went to. It's a spice cake with cream cheese frosting underneath. Apples are rice cereal treat covered with buttercream and then fondant (Wilton). All the other decorations ('wood' plants, leaves, acorn, etc) are also made from Wilton fondant. The hay/sawdust is shredded wheat cereal.
