Made this cake for a big conference for a grocery chain. Has baskets of red and green chilis. Chilis are made out of fondant. Other two layers are covered in a marbled fondant of red, orange, and yellow to look like fire, with buttercream flames piped on the side. Wording was the slogan for their conference. I was SO happy with how it turned out and so was the client. Tfl! ; )
