Pumpkin Pie Cake

Thanks to the CC tutorial for instructions on how to make these pumpkin pie toppers! Made this for Thanksgiving which was this past weekend here in Canada. Chocolate cake with JodieF's thick caramel filling, frosted with RLB's neoclassic buttercream and pumpkin pie slices made from caramels and fondant crust. First time using something other than American buttercream or cream cheese frosting...really hard to smooth out when it doesn't crust!
