This was for my BIL. He graduated from the apprenticeship at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. My little "Chris" give me lots of trouble! The cake was chocolate with Oreo filling and vanilla buttercream. The hard hat is chocolate cake covered with modeling chocolate. What a pain the butt!! Definitively need to practice with the modeling chocolate more! Chris loved it so that's all that matters.
