This cake was heaps of fun to make with its bright colours. The cake its self is tinted vanilla sponge (pink, purple and turquoise) with layers of chocolate fudge and orange tinted vanilla buttercream. The bow and stars are made from satin ice gumpaste and the cake is covered in a combination of mmf fondant and bakels (australian) fondant.
