Kitten cake

This cake was for my 10 yr old niece's birthday. Vanilla cake filled with strawberry SMBC and covered in fondant. Kittens and appliques are gumpaste/fondant. The topper was inspired by naughtyhobbit's cake. I wanted the kitten on the side of the cake to look as if it were sliding down the cake and scratching the fondant.
