I gave a course on gingerbread houses and this is what I ended up with. I expect to be a better architect next year! But we certainly had fun.

Thanks! It's pieces of gumpaste tinted with terra-cotta food coloring (Americolor?). I cut the tiles individually with a cutter that's shaped sort of like a miniature tombstone, so theyre flat on one end and curved on the other,
