This is a cake I baked for a friends 16th birthday. Sully is made from 2 12" cakes that I carved and stacked. They are vanilla cakes with buttercream filling. I coloured buttercream, turquoise and purple and used the grass tip for Sully's fur. I used royal Icing for the outline and coloured fondant for his toes, spikes, horns, nose, eyes and teeth - This was my fave cake to make so far! TFL
