this is a three teir stacked cake, fruit, choc & lemon, covered with over two hundred handcrafted red roses and a few scattered faux diamonds. It was made for a wedding in the I.O.W and was transported their by the clients, it arrived safetly and was the star of the wedding, thank goodness. It was a lot of hard work, my first rose took 20mins to make by the end I was down to 7 mins LOL
