This is my 6th fondant cake. Unfortunately, I missed out on a place in my local cake decorating course, however, I've had fun teaching myself using books and youtube. I definately have a way to go yet, but 'm very pleased with how this effort turned out. Must practice writing though :) Rainbow buttercake with Vanilla frosting and marshmallow fondant.
