I sometimes help out with education and development at my job. To reward the students with a job well done, I decided to make them a red velvet layer cake with a cream cheese layer. It ended up not fitting in my normal cake carrier.. so I had to freeze it and wrap it in plastic, then carry it down three flights of stairs!
