I threw this cake together at the last minute....first one I had made that wasn't for class. Chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse filling and chocolate buttercream frosting. Greg is a landscaper...reason for the grass! And, first time writing on the cake. Need to work on that...I find it hard to do when I can't rest my hand on the surface!
