My friends little boy wanted a mean looking neon dragon cake for his birthday. I was a bit pressed for time on this one so I didnt get to put as much detail and little extras as I wanted, but Im pleased with how it turned out. Chocolate Fudge cake , buttercream frosting, rice krispy dragon covered in buttercream and royal icing spikes and dots.
