This was my second ever attempt at a topsy turvy/mad hatter cake. I made it for my daughter's 21st birthday. It's a chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache then covered and decorated with fondant. It was such a hot and humid day I had trouble with the black fondant not wanting to do what I wanted it to do.
