I made this cake for my nieces bridal shower the fondant birds and the bird cage were copied from her wedding invitation. Its not perfect I'm still a newbie, this is my third fondant covered cake. The bottom layer of the cake was half milk chocolate with cannoli filling and half chocolate chip cookie cake with chocolate swiss butter cream filling. The top layer was a carrot cake with a cream cheese swiss butter cream filling.
