Red And Pink Polka Dot Cake
This was my final class cake for the Wilton Gum Paste/Fondant course and my first time covering and decorating a cake in fondant. It's 2 - 8 inch cakes stacked and filled with buttercream frosting and covered with Wilton fondant. The circles were cut using the tools that come in the student kit. The bow is flat because I made it the first week of class then stored it for 3 weeks so it didn't fluff up the way I wanted it to :(
