This is an almond souer cream pound cake with Mexican chocolate pastry cream filling. It was covered with Chocolate Fondant from Jennifer Dontz?s recipe. It came out delicious and smooth. The butterflies are made with gum paste and silver dragees.. The wedding was by the sea shore. Absolutely beautiful night.
