Here is a chocolate pudding-cake with body parts cut from dolls (bought in a dollar store). Our friends and us love the Dexter series, and it was fun to see their surprise when they saw the cake! The fingers are simply sugar cookies with jam or gel for the blood, and almonds for the nails.
