Miniature Cake Chocolate Covered Cookies

Cookies covered in white chocolate and decorated to look like miniature tiered cakes. All embellishments are made with gumpaste.

Wow, they are so cute, how did you made those mini flowers?

The flowers are just basic gumpaste flowers using the three tiniest cutters from the basic large Wilton gumpaste kit.

Did you use a mold for the cookies?

I used the mold from Fancy Flours. I tried icing them myself first, and did a pretty pathetic job of it. Those things are *tiny*!
