This is awesome! How did you make the strings?

I made the strings out of sugarpaste using an extruder. I just squeezed out long strands of sugarpaste and then allowed them to dry for a few minutes. Then I placed them in different sections on the guitar. I'm going to do it differently next time because the strings didn't survive transportation, but the customer was still thrilled beyond words.

the body of the guitar is fudge marble cake; neck is butter pecan; everything is edible!
