I made my first attempt at shipping a fondant cake to my niece in California. It was shipped in 3 containers and it still arrived crushed. What has made this event tolerable was that my niece called and e-mail wonderful comments from her co-works who loved it. BC fondant cake, with BC and pineapple filling. Thanks for cheering me up. Happy Birthday Shay, Shay! The shoe didn't make the trip either, the rain here cause so much humidity, it broke into pieces. I will remake and send.
