Amelia's Merry Go Round Cake
This was for my daughter's third birthday...it was a circus theme and she HAD to have a merry-go-round cake. All icing buttercream. I painted the carousel separator to match the party's colors. Elephants are enlarged and painted clip art.

the top of the elephants is actually a wooden top to a birdhouse i found at michael's. all i did was take it off of the birdhouse and frost it accordingly. it had holes in the bootom of it so i stuck dowels in them to hold it up but it wouldn't stand straight so there is a plastic sippy cup holding it up as well
May i ask what you used on the top of the elephants? this is a beautiful cake!!!
